This page is where we publish that evidence. Each item appears here as soon as it is finalized and verified; nothing is estimated or published in advance.
Tax-Exempt Status
The Foundation is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations to the Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Every donation receipt identifies the organization receiving your gift for your tax records. Your tax adviser can help you determine the deduction applicable to your circumstances. What We Publish
The share of total expenses directed to programs compared with administration and fundraising, presented plainly. To be published with our first completed financial year.
Our most recent audited financial statement or Form 990, available to download. To be published once available.
Our IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter and federal Employer Identification Number are available on request for independent verification. Contact us to receive a copy.
The current Board of Directors, by name and role. To be published once the Board is seated.
How Every Gift Is Handled
- Every gift is recorded individually, with its amount, date and any designation the donor chose.
- An official receipt is emailed to the donor once payment is confirmed.
- Gifts designated to a program, project or campaign are recorded against that designation.
- Online payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store card details.

Annual Report
Our annual report will set out each year’s outcomes alongside the figures behind them, in plain language and cross-referenced to our Impact page. Results are reported only once they have been verified.
