Acceptable Use
This website and its content are provided for informational and philanthropic purposes. Standard terms govern acceptable use of the site, its forms, and any account access it may offer.
Donations
All gifts are final except where required otherwise by law. A donor who believes a gift was made in error may contact us to request a correction. The Foundation is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. See our Governance & Policies page for details.
Charitable Solicitation Disclosure
DiVnity™ International Foundation registers, or is completing registration, in each U.S. state that requires registration before a charity solicits donations from that state’s residents — and a public donate page is reachable from every state. Our state-by-state registration list will be published here. As required by the states that mandate this exact language: registration with a state agency does not constitute or imply that state’s endorsement, approval, or recommendation.
International Visitors
This site is reachable from, and knowingly serves donors, volunteers, and partners in, many countries. Nothing in these Terms displaces a mandatory consumer-protection law of the visitor’s own jurisdiction; where such a law and these Terms genuinely conflict, the local mandatory law controls only to the extent it must.
Intellectual Property
The DiVnity name, logo, and published content are the property of DiVnity™ International Foundation and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
Standard limitation-of-liability terms apply to use of this site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Foundation’s state of incorporation (to be stated here once confirmed), without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to the International Visitors clause above.
